How do folks feel about using Loctite on the axle nuts?

love it, front axle nuts on my springer fork have loctite
just be sure to use BLUE!...... note i would only use it on axle nuts if there was a issue because you will have to muscle past loctite every tube/tire change.

You're right, after rethinking the Loctite I realized it's not a good idea...

How do folks feel about using Loctite on the axle nuts?

I double nut the axle and counter torque them. The axle metal is soft, so not more than 30 ft lb. But that keeps the axle from walking around. Took some time to take the pins out of the sensor housing, thread the pins through the 2nd nut, and put the block back on again. Made a diagram of colors.
I've found blue loktite fairly useless at keeping the motor cover screws from coming loose. 3 times a year with or without. Click Click click.
