Completed my first triathlon of the year!

We are at a resort on the Washington State coast, and so for variety I did an ebike ride on the road, a 4mile beach walk (with dog, of course), and then a forest hike which necessitated a lot of scrambling over tree roots and such, so very different from beach walking. And that, constitutes a triathlon in my league 😉🏅

🏅TWO long beach walks, a trail hike and then a 10.5mi bike ride with avg speed of 16.5mph. My legs were tired at the end of yesterday.

Anybody else?

1. Prepped new house for moving van arrival tomorrow: Cleaned up after remodelers; cleared and cleaned garage, patio, and all interior surfaces.
2. Two dog walks.
3. Ebike laps around the neighborhood to relax, pedaling hard.

The dog walks are good upper body workouts. When Roxie gets a whiff of something in need of further sniffing or chemical treatment -- which seems like every minute -- she can far out-pull her 23 lbs.

It's good to have a fort.
