Ours do.Most people have collision insurance on their cars. How many of >$5k priced bikes have insurance on them?

Interesting. I have a whole bag/pannier set up for RackTime racks though so would hate to lose them as I can lock them to the rack.If you're looking for a rear rack for your Creo you may want to take a look at the Tailfin. Nice and light and designed for a carbon road bike, but not cheap.....then-again, neither is your bike

A VPN is your friend. CNI think you went to the Canadian site. On Specialize's Canadian website the bike is $11,349.00 CAN. Canadian prices for their Creo models are insane.
Edit: Strange that I can't get to the US site. I keep on getting directed to the Canadian site.
Exactly. My carbon Bianchi cost me over $7000 CDN and weighed 15 pounds. It was unbelievable to ride. Rock Solid but you'd think it would be ultra fragile.Reed. Please ride a $9000 e-bike first, make sweeping statements next.
I just turned 66 last month. (where did the time go?) Can't wait to make up my mind about what e-bike to get. I've had multiple strokes, a pulmonary embolism and I shredded the patellar tendon in my GOOD knee last June. I can get out of breath doing nothing. Now I have yet to determine whether I can ever even ride again. If you can, count yourself blessed.Me too! And I’m headed to the bike shop, ordering my Creo today.
Oh, so that was you parked next to my gold plated Gulfstream! CNI saw that on the runway in Monaco for the Formula 1 race! I wondered who the baller was. Pleased to make your acquaintance.
If you can afford an S-Works, you must be already fed up with Grey Poupon. Send me a jar, pleaseYes indeed! Thanks again for the Grey Poupon.
I got the 44 cm. Rule of thumb for drop bars is equal to distance between your shoulder joints YMMV.What width VentureMax did you get? They look like a great handlebar. I'm thinking of ordering the 46cm.
Interesting article. I think we have a long way to go before we arrive at a glut in ebikes, unless conquering covid results in a sudden plummet in ebike demand.About that price increase ... a trade magazine/website says more is coming, and then a glut of inventory as well. We'll see.
Is an inventory glut inevitable? 'The short is answer is yes,' says Jay Townley
The industry futurist says if the situation reduces inventory turns to unprofitable levels, that would be a glut to be concerned about.www.bicycleretailer.com
I was guessing in the Specialized Price Increase thread that once supply catches up (around fall maybe), a big 'factory authorized sale' would happen along with some permanent discounts on the popular models from both Trek and Specialized. The better models will probably get even harder to find and more expensive. Still guessing, but it's looking more and more likely. Glad I am not in the bike business .Interesting article. The most silly thing Specialized ever did must be the Spring 2020 American double-discount sales. They would have sold out their e-bikes at the list price, or even could increase the price at that point. Soon, the U.S. were left with no Turbo e-bikes.Specialized Price Increase
Most American retailers are now caught in the seasonal sales trap where most of their sales occur in just a few months of the year at slim margins, and they just try to hang on the rest of the year. It's bad for both the shops and the customers IMHO, but they have trained the customers to wait for sales. The most silly thing Specialized ever did must be the Spring 2020 American double-discount sales. I agree that there will be a market correction... bike shops would be wise to avoid gouging customers with long memories.About that price increase ... a trade magazine/website says more is coming, and then a glut of inventory as well. We'll see.

I paid a visit to Specialized Brand Store Warsaw today. The prices of Creo must be from the outer space now. Interestingly, the price of Vado SL is still manageable.I was one of the first buyers of the E5 Creo and the price has been raised twice since I bought it. Not sure I'd buy it now.
Even at the price I paid I'm not completely satisfied with the bike. Overall I like it, but for the money it's just ok.
How much? The prices of Creo must be from the outer space now.
There's little doubt that the Creo lineup is fantastic, but if were to be adding a road or gravel bike to my stable, I would not be able to rationalize one due to their pricing.I paid a visit to Specialized Brand Store Warsaw today.
