Some of you know that I am fairly new to eBiking. Started my journey in March researching, placed order in 3rd week in April, received bike at end of April.

I *thought* I did lots of diligence, but, I have to raise my hand saying I failed miserably.

I *love* my bike, and I don't have any problems - yet. But - I have learned the hard way that it is going to be difficult to impossible to find parts when the ultimate fails occur.

I'd like this thread to help publicize the companies that actually put some energy - and capital - into making spare parts readily available.

I will start with 3:

1. Lectric does a very nice job. They don't list many parts on their site - which I don't like - but, if you call them under warranty, they seem to deliver.

2. Rad Power Bikes. https://www.radpowerbikes.com/collections/replacement-parts Nice job.

3. Juiced Bikes. This is how you do it: https://www.juicedbikes.com/collections/parts?sort_by=manual&page=1

Yes, I know some of us can scour Aliexpress and Amazon for some parts, but, it really is easier said than done to match properly. Let's keep that aspect out of the thread, but let's help give credit to the brands that currently put some good energy into readily available parts at their website. I think some here will benefit.

I recently, by accident, searched for parts on Walfart dot com. A really amazing selection and good pricing.

Companies like California eBike have a LOT of BBSxx series parts.
