I managed to lost the keys that was left inside the battery. I want to order a new cylinder, but can't identify which one I need to purchase:

My bicycle is Tern gsd10, but the information on the battery is worn out and impossible to read the information.

Well probably OBE now, but you could have got the key code from the printout following a Bosch diagnostic check

Are you the original owner of this bicycle? Your dealer should have a record of the keys number.

Otherwise take it to the nearest Riese & Muller dealer with proof of purchase, where they can verify legitimate ownership of the bicycle and then do a lock replacement.
