Bike for two

I’m trying to decide between (and open to other suggestions) these three bikes.

I’m 6’2, 240 lbs. My GF is 5’9 and 150. I’m in Dallas where the roads kinda suck. Just worried about max weight and ride comfort.

What should I buy?

EBikes are electric assist and not electric powered. The two of you together will be well above the weight limit on the first two, so certainly expect broken spokes and if you hit some big pot holes, a slight chance for some frame cracking. No idea if the brakes are capable, but I doubt if they will stop quickly in a panic stop.
