Beach Cruiser or Mountain Bike by Farbike?

I am trying to find out which bike is more appealing, an electric mountain bike or beach cruiser. Which would you choose:

The X-treme Trail Maker Electric Mountain bike for $749(Link Removed - No Longer Exists)

or the X-treme Newport Beach Cruiser for $849
(Link Removed - No Longer Exists)

I need to order more bikes and trying to get a guage of what people find more desirable. The specs are the same on both bikes. 24v 8ah LiFePO4 Lithium Ion battery, aluminum frame, mechanical disc brakes, ect.

Let me know your opinion

I dont' think 24v is going to make most folks happy offroad, so I'd vote for the cruiser where the light power would be more in line with expectations. JMO
