Battery help

I have a haibike with Yamaha battery. We cannot remove the battery despite following the instructions regarding turning the lock. The battery will release but cannot be removed from the tube
Any help please?

Video is marked private. How do I view it? Having the same problem removing the battery on a 2022 Haibike xduro. Turn key one way the top pops out, turn it the other way to remove the battery and it will not come out.

Welcome to the forum.

You are more than 2 years too late to view the video and I have no idea why it is marked as private now.

Perhaps creating your own tread on the issue will get someone to chaim in with an answer to help you out.
