OMM says that you can swap out the rear driveside axle stud with a replacement stud from a Salsa spare-parts kit and covert the BH thru axle thread pitch from 1.0 to 1.75 to work with their racks. They say a couple people have done this successfully. Wondering if one of those people is on this forum and can share their insight.
