The EasyMotion Neo Volt has Kenda 20 x 1.75 Tires with Anti-Puncture Relex ... Does anyone know what "Anti-Puncture Relex" is? Is it adequate prevention, or would something like Rhino Dillos be better?

I was thinking about the same, Kenda website quotes this to be some kind of kevlar shielding but not much information.
For 2014, Schwalbe has released their top-of-the line Marathon Plus in 20inch size. Worth looking into.

Good question Trinity, I'd imagine it's just a marketing term to describe their coposite protective layer (or they misspelled reflex...). The Rhino Dillos look neat but make sure they come in 20" size. I've heard the liner products can cause problems with pinch flats so I like Ravi's idea for the Schwalbe Maraton tires

I bought a pair of these, put kevlar strips in, and slimed the tubes. No flats for 500 miles.

I have a new Neo Carbon on order and the first upgrade is to the e-bike designated Marathon Plus from Schwalbe. Ironically the Marathon Supreme is not e-bike rated as the Plus has stronger sidewalls.
I have about 500 miles on my Carbon and have already had 3 flats. I put a double thick tube on the back and so far so good but I need to do something. I don't want to buy new tires until these are toast. I have heard some negatives about slime tubes. Are they worth it? I might try them until I need new tires and then get those Marathon Pluses.

Thornless tubes, like the ones you're running are much better than slimed ones. Slime adds a bunch of weight and is a mess when you do get a puncture.
