Took my dual 750W e-bike for a long ride – real-world range + thoughts

Just wanted to drop in and share my recent experience with a dual motor e-bike I’ve been testing out.

📌 Specs:

Dual 750W motors (yes, it’s a beast)

1200Wh battery

Claimed range: up to 85 miles per charge

I took it out for a mixed ride this weekend: 50% paved trails, 50% light off-road (gravel, grass, a bit of uphill).
Assist was mostly set at mid-level (PAS 3/5), occasional throttle bursts just for fun 😎

👉 End result: I got about 61 miles before it dropped to 1 bar.
I wasn’t exactly conserving battery, so honestly I’m impressed.

Here’s what I noticed:

Power delivery is smooth even on rougher terrain

Dual motors are serious torque monsters on inclines

Battery drains faster on full throttle + steep climbs (obviously), but still solid

Pretty stable at higher speeds (hit 28mph on flat)

⚖️ I’m ~185lbs + a small backpack, for reference.
Tires were semi-knobby, running 20 psi front / 25 rear.

Curious what kind of range you guys are getting with dual-motor setups? Anyone actually made it to 85 miles?

Cheers from the trail 🏞️

55-60 miles is about all I’d try to get out of my Juiced fatty’s single-hub-motor. My bike has a 1000Wh battery (52Vx19.2Ah), and my rides sound very similar to your profile.

I think if you're getting 60 miles out of your beast with dual motors is terrific. I wouldn’t expect any more than that. 85? No way.

Maybe I need to measure again to see how my bike performs.
