Help with cassette removal

Has anybody successfully swapped out the cassette on their Superpedestrian wheel? It seems like I need to remove the axle before I can engage the teeth of the cassette removal tool with the cassette, but I can't figure out how to do that. The company has been extremely unhelpful. Thanks in advance!

Without knowing what exact bike or cassette you have, the cassette tool should normally have a hole to accommodate the axle. Do you have something non-standard like that copenhagen wheel?
