Very cool unique kit from Kranked. They been around since 2011 and offers a two year warranty as well as replacement parts
Instead of mounting the battery to the frame, this Kranked kit uses a backpack and you plug that into the cord mounted to the bike. It’s a unique, high power and high speed “off road” setup that’s designed to interface with premium bicycle frames from Santa Cruz such as the Santa Cruz V10, Nomad 3, Heckler, Tallboy and Bronson. In this video we tested the Kranked kit on the Santa Cruz V10.6 Downhill bike. The bike with the motor system installed weighed ~47 pounds and they offer three different battery options including 52 volts at 10 amp, 12.5 amp hour and a 20 amp hour.
