Photos show what was included. Delivery was 4 weeks as promised. Hardware 1st rate. The Velocity Cliffhanger wheel, http://store.velocityusa.com/p/cliffhanger-700c , is easily the most impressive wheel I have ever owned. I swear it seems this system was designed specifically for my bike. It all fit perfectly! The only exception was the wire from the +/- control module was too short for my LWB recumbent. I will need to get an extension cable from Falco.

The only issue I had was the tool I have for torquing down the cassette lock nut or ring has the pin in the middle and would not work. I had to visit 2 bike shops before I found one that had the correct tool and they torqued it down for me free of charge.

I am thrilled with the quality of the hardware and the company in general. Rakesh is the man!!

After I spend some time with the system, I will follow up with a performance review.

Weight of the bike before conversion to E'Bent + 46 lbs
After = 67 lbs
21 lbs added just as expected based on advertised weights on web page

I weight 225 lbs. Good thing there is a VERY robust wheel build back there!

I literally cannot hear the motor. It is just AWESOME! Best money I've ever spent. I'm the type who believes if you are smart and do the research, never be afraid to buy the best.

I ordered the system direct from Falco's website and installed and set it up myself. However, there was nothing to set up. It worked just fine as delivered. I am playing with the settings a bit. But you really don't need to.

So glad it hear of your smooth installation. I am expecting delivery of my Falco system in the next 2 weeks and am beyond excited! I also have a long wheel base tour easy. I will let you know how it goes and send pictures

@cyclecherry you will be thrilled! I am having a blast! Rakesh contacted me over the weekend about the mounting position for the battery. Was that on your behalf? The bottom tube mounting is perfect. The chain is not a problem. I used 3 stainless steel 10/32 x 1-1/2 Phillips head screws with nylock nuts and 2 washers. 1 of which is a fender washer to span the gap of the 2 bottom tubes. Perfect.
Which system did you order? The same one I did? Link above.
Be patient. I know it is hard. Drove me nuts waiting. I ordered on June 5th. I installed on July 11th and I was a pain in Rakesh's backside the whole time! But oh soooooooo worth the wait. Once received, we should start a private conversation. In fact, I'll get it started now. Please post a couple of before pics I'd love to see your bike!
