I dont want the 50T, around 46 max, Ive got a whole wheel with ordinary freehub, going to put that on and 30 quid shimano shifter which looks exactly like the sram.
The derailer will be fine.
Im not writing derailleur anymore, it looks too french.

Im doing all this to go on a ride with Gary to Betws y coed, and he just rang to say his Levo is dead after charging, trying to fix it for hours.

I love my e-bikes and then they return their love to me Yes, they get ill sometimes; then I cure them as best as I can. I upgrade them instead of downgrading, so my e-bikes are proud to ride together with me...

Gary is mr maintenance, his garage looks like a Specialized dealership.
He even had a spare battery lead and that didnt fix it.

He might be too involved, making him not to see the elephant in the room
I occasionally leave the work to Specialized, especially on the electronic side. They are not biased and might see the matters from another perspective...
