I was having difficulty finding the manual for the Easy Motion Neo bikes online, but after a short email conversation, I now have the link:

Note that the manual seems to be Euro-spec, and seems to be a year or two old.

You get this printed manual if you purchase the bikes.
Also, there are some video links in this sub forum for troubleshooting. Have a glance.
