    Any Feedback for Voltbike Nitro?

Also, I have considered just modifying the seat itself. I have a great connection to friend that does upholstery, and adding some more padding and recovering the seat is an option.

    Any Feedback for Voltbike Nitro?

I haven’t looked into that yet, but pretty sure they could be removed since they are only in plastic. Or leave them as is, and use them as an anchor to the spacer, which has its own bolts to mount into the original holes.

    Any Feedback for Voltbike Nitro?

3 nuts on the 3 bolts mounted to the seat, 1 in front and 2 toward the back. I was looking at doing this too. But, I don’t think just spacers will do, because that will put all the body weight on those three points. I do like what the Scorpion has, as it distributes the contact all around the...

    Any Feedback for Voltbike Nitro?

Having ordered and received I believe the very first one, it is awesome. One thing of note, this may not be the bike for riders taller than 5’ 10” or perhaps more appropriately with longer than a 30” inseam. It is great for those looking for a smaller, fast, nimble ride. Having a Yukon as well...

    Chain lube recommendations?

My bad, my math was upside down.😳 So about 4000 miles on the chain, yes that is good. On my Mtn bike I was lucky to get about 2000, but it was abused off-road a lot in the muck and goo.🥴 And I really got to hate cleaning the chain/bike after every ride. Never left it dirty, so it was always...

    Chain lube recommendations?

So if you have 5000 miles on the bike but only pedal 20% of the time, your chain and derailleur only have 1000 miles. Correct?

Check engine light on Bafang mid drive

I believe 12 is a current sensor error. According to manual it means “Possible shunt blown in controller”. Contact your supplier.

    Chain lube recommendations?

Could be opening up a intriguing thread here.🤔 Used to use Tri-flow back in the day, which btw was 15 years ago, still have some left. 😳 There must be some “new and improved” versions out now. What is everybody using and recommending? Thanks Rick

    I can’t stand it anymore

Perhaps this forum is an escape from what your referring to. As I mentioned in the thread starter, “tongue in cheek, relax”. I can only tolerate so much of the news of today’s world, so here I am. 🤔

    I can’t stand it anymore

😳 People my anal retentive ways can no longer handle the spelling mistakes. 😂 You are not peddling a bike (selling?) You pedal. When in motion you are pedalling. When you want to stop you use the brakes. Not breaks, that happens when you stop and rest. Tongue in cheek all, relax. 🤪

    Best bike sub 2k

That is really good pricing on mid drives. Nicely equipped rides for the money. Wish it was in CDN funds. 😏

    Best bike sub 2k

Have you been to the “Brand and User” section? Have you seen how many different brands there are? You need to help us/yourself and decide what style you want. City, Commuter, MTB, Folding, Fat tire, Moped style, Step thru, etc. It really is a tough question you have asked. Year round riding...

    Fat Bike fork

Thanks all. Having had Rokshox and Marzocchi on my Mtb’s, it is quite the difference coming down to the bottom of the ladder.😳 But, you get what you pay for. I will look a little bit more on Aliexpress. Thanks for those links too. Cheers

    Fat Bike fork

Thanks for the quick reply. A quick search on that fork, and it’s about $600 CDN, plus a wheel job and it’s out of what I want to spend on this bike. Hard to believe that’s the only choice?
