Also, I have considered just modifying the seat itself. I have a great connection to friend that does upholstery, and adding some more padding and recovering the seat is an option.

I haven’t looked into that yet, but pretty sure they could be removed since they are only in plastic. Or leave them as is, and use them as an anchor to the spacer, which has its own bolts to mount into the original holes.

So if you have 5000 miles on the bike but only pedal 20% of the time, your chain and derailleur only have 1000 miles. Correct?

I believe 12 is a current sensor error. According to manual it means “Possible shunt blown in controller”. Contact your supplier.

Thanks for the quick reply. A quick search on that fork, and it’s about $600 CDN, plus a wheel job and it’s out of what I want to spend on this bike. Hard to believe that’s the only choice?
