States 24" - 29" but looking at how it works it's not obvious why it wouldn't work with smaller tires.

I was always afraid of busting the wire bead while installing Tannus by applying too much force. I think this product would allow you to apply enough force to do it.

I have refused all scooters for two years. They are made by marketing departments and not by people who work in things. For example you cannot adjust the inside brake pad because the motor is in the way. To try to get a solid tire on you have to microwave it in water and will be covered is sweat. It is such a pain.
