New Creo 2 owner using Wahoo Element Bolt

I have a new (to me) 2024 Turbo Creo 2 and I am trying to display data on my Wahoo Element Bolt. I was under the impression that I could pick up just about everything that the Mastermind unit on the Specialized, but I am not finding that to be the case. Under E-Bike, I only see LEV Travel Mode, LEV range, and LEV Battery. When I display these on a Wahoo page, the Mode (Eco, Turbo, etc.) works, the Range works, but LEV Battery shows n/a. The Wahoo seems to display the rider power from the ebike sensor under the Power settings.

Is there another place where I can pick up motor power or other parameters to display on the Wahoo?

Sorry if this has been discussed elsewhere. I did give a search before posting.

I don't know about the Creo, but with other drive units, there is more than one e-bike sensor to pair. Each sensor has unique data. Try looking for more sensors that aren't paired. It can't hurt, as you can always remove them.

Saw exactly the same behavior with a Wahoo ACE paired with my Vado SL 1 (5.0). Unpaired and paired again several times, but no joy with any battery data. Don't recall the details, but there were other things I didn't like about the way the Wahoo recorded bike data.

In the end, I unpaired the Wahoo. Still make full use of its excellent GPS and mapping services on the bars, while the Mastermind TCU displays all the real-time bike data I need to see in 4 highly legible custom pages.

Meanwhile, the Specialized app running in my pocket does all the ride recording in the background. To collect all the data I want, the Wahoo must be unpaired.

May sound nuts, but it's the only way I can get ride data recorded just the way I like it and protect my phone at the same time.

You should get the battery level (including the Range Extender). If it does not appear, please write to Wahoo Support. Perhaps your unit needs to be replaced. It has worked on Roam 1, Bolt 2, Roam 3 and ACE.

Apart from the data taken from the e-bike wheel (speed, distance), human power, cadence, LEV Travel Mode, Battery Level and LEV Travel Range, there are no more data to display (from e-bike). Wahoo, Garmin, Hammerhead are all interested in the human (not motor) effort.
