Gorgeous! Looks like the east shore or Incline area. Lots of great riding there. Visually, granite shorelines are hard to beat.

You know your geography well! The shots are Sand Harbor on the East shore/Incline, Fallen Leaf Lake and South shore.

Can't help noticing jet contrails in the 4th image. I've seen such photobombs in Roman costume epics from Hollywood.

I took to the local trails this morning with a buddy of mine. We were greeted with perfect weather resulting in clear skies combined with a cool breeze to combat the rapidly rising temps.

It’s easy to lose your way along this section where the sedge grass is especially tall.

I've been checking out my new area, waiting for the trails at the State Park to dry out and reopen after hurricane damage. Beautiful weather today, but hot. Told the wife some of the local babes were checking me out today.

Yeah, my wife laughs when I tell her that. Sometimes a sweet young thing will step up and admire something I'm wearing, or (one time) ask me what to look for in an opera we were attending. But I have learned to "read" the wheels turning as soon as they do that: "Omigod, he's so OLD!!"

I like Texas history and being close enough to take the trike around some of it is pretty nice. I had battery enough to check out the monument and state park, but ran out of nice shoulder wide enough to get out of traffics way. Have a wonderful Sunday everyone.
