Hey guys before I head off to work. I thought I would chuck a heads up to, I guess all fellow Volt Bike Owners. I recentl purchased a 2019 Yukon 750. I absolutely love it. Still puts a stupid little kid grin on my face.Which ya ive been busted once or twice with.lol. So far Ive just had a few small issues. Nothing that a ice cold beer, and round of frisbee with my furry little sidekick couldnt work out.(ya my sidekick rolls in his pimped out trailer behind me.Shades and all.) Anyways I just wanted to throw out a heads up to Volt bike owners. I was working on my lawnmower in my shop. When sumthin caught my attention. My Calander happened to catch eye, AGAIN. My buddies and I LOVE 20190702_171009.jpg20190706_210353.jpg this .....CAT calender. That one has been above the work bench since 09, I think.LOL. So ya!, my battery was on the bench rite infront of the "Cat" calender. And thats when I noticed a shiney screw poking up. On the battery. Upon closer inspection, I noticed it was'nt December anymore. (But what a month) Also the screw on my batteries endcap. Was about to almost fall out!. So I screwed that one in nice and tight (careful not to over tighten.)Then did the same thing to rest of them. I was shocked to find all the end cap screws, all but one!. Where extremly loose. Which was really surprising . You would think, if any screws on the entire bike were dbl checked. Plus had a drop of locktight on each one. Would be those four screws forsure. Im sure all you guys would agree" doez badz aintsheep".
So ya, give your battery end caps a check. All you need is a small/medium Phillips screwdriver if you own a Volt bike.

P.S. I was at a area up here in Kelowna B.C. .My side kick and I were running/riding my mountain bike down a new sweet flow trail. And couldnt of been more busted making motorcross sounds accross this little dbl. But atleast I didnt have the s#&! eatin grin on. So im clinging to that silver lining.LOL
Have fun everyone!.
Its way to short, get out there!

Good post, the lesson here should be that each of us making taking delivery from online seller purchases should be doing the job an LBS would have. Checking every part of the bike. That $5 a day Chinese tweenager just doesn't care.

Thanks bud, ya it sucks. But it is, what it is. I started checking over all the allen key screws . And every one was tight . Thats why I was surprised that out of all of them. Those ones were insanely loose. Those are the last ones that should be loose!. You would think anyways. But ya lesson learned. Thanks, have a gd one.
