39 ah of battery and estimated range is only 123 km, that's why I'm not a fan of fat bikes. That's around 2,000 wh of charge for around 120 km?????
I can see the appeal of a lot of different types and why people make different choices, but I guess I just don't see what you get with 4.8" wide tires that you couldn't get with say 2.4" wide tires. Ability to ride on sand or snow? I guess if you live near the beach, otherwise where can you go with a fat bike that you couldn't on a mountain bike?
I looked up the bike on the Biktrix website and the internal battery is 910 wh and there are three options for the external battery, the largest of which is 1,119 wh. It's probably pictured with one of the smaller optional batteries.

the Brakes are actually an improvement over the brakes on my 2019! unfortunately the fork is the same but they do offer two fork upgrade options. They kinda cheaped out on the components based on the specs.

imo fat bikes are the ultimate all terrain commuters , they handle mud, grass, sand, loose dirt, and snow better than standard bikes, they are also very comfortable, just all around fantastic commuters! the downside is drag so a good fat bike needs a big motor and battery which equals heavy! still i think they are worth it, i will always have a fat bike in my line up!39 ah of battery and estimated range is only 123 km, that's why I'm not a fan of fat bikes. They could hire me!If I could make a suggestion to biktrix it would be pay someone to redesign their logo. The striped white bikrix logo is just hideous and cheapens the look of their bikes.
Sweet! Rock on ruffruff!
