Where to order replacement latch?

The latch is broken at the base, after my (adult) son was t-boned. Does anyone know where we can get a replacement?

I appreciate that. I'll give them a try.
I had initially dismissed Lectric because there's little mention of parts on their site. Also I was hesitant after reading posts here about Lectic not responding to their emails, even weeks later. Maybe that's better now.

you can also call them. i have best success calling at 9am arizona time.

Call customer service or email them. They sent me the replacement very quick.

My 2.0 was missing a tiny screw and after I e-mailed them about it (with a picture) they sent me 2 replacement screws within a week.
