Bafang G062 motor change

Good afternoon everyone. I am new here and looking for advice. So I did a thing where I bought a bike from china through a group buy in my local town. Order was like 60 bikes. Fast forward 3 years and I have a broken motor. I ordered through the assembly factory a new motor as a “replacement” well I get the motor and it looks the same except a different connector. I am going from a silver plug to red. Silver plug has 10 pins in it and red has 11. Factory just ghosted me when I sent them pictures of the discrepancies and am left hanging with a new motor rim and tire for my bike which won’t work.

Long story short I am wondering if anyone here know if the new motor /plug will have the same harness and a simple plug change will work or is there a different route you would suggest. I am new to this e-bike stuff and would have rather had a shop fix for me but buying direct never seems to work out. I have attached a few pictures of the different plugs. Old plug has 10 pins new plug has 11 (not sure if they are all in use or not)

Thanks in advance as I am dead in the water wondering what to do. A new controller? But then how do I know it will work with other electronics.

That's why I would only buy an ebike from an established bike store.
Even so, my bike is 6 years old and there aren't any mechanics to service my motor.
The store I bought from has closed and the one replacing it only services Specialized bikes.
