What panniers do you guys have for your Wagon and how do you like it?

I've got the largest Topeak trunk with retractable/stored panniers. Really slick system.

I am running these bags and really like them. They fold up flat when not in use! You need to open the attachment clips a bit to engage the frame of the radwagon and I used an eye bolt placed on the floorboards and bungee to apply downward pressure and heavy duty zip ties wrapped around the clips and frame for a really secure mounting.

I went with a BikeSmart DoubleWide Bicycle Bag. The extra wide width is perfect for the Radwagon and so far no issues. The bags are not all that large however and the straps could be a tad longer but it does work. While the bags are advertised to be water resistant, I used Redhead waterproof spray on them to be sure. The reflective trim on them is also a plus.

I also would like some suggestions on panniers.
I want ones that can clip on rack frame, and be easily removable - the problem is that the tubing on the wagon rack is much thicker than regular bike racks.

I got the Iberas - exactly what I wanted, but again, the tubing on the bike was way to thick for the the clips. I tried modifying it, made it fit, but unfortunately the clip weakened and it snapped.


Any suggestions on clip-on panniers bags that would fit the wagon?

I ended up not liking the RW 3in1 so much. I want something with color and not 300 dollar Ortliebs. I am confused about how a lot of these things attach to the bike frame. My plan is to go to Goodwill and find waist packs (fanny sacks) and see how many I can strap to the side. Just have a different compartment for everything.

There are a lot of web sites with patterns for sewing and making your own bike panniers. Especially for bikes with odd rack dimensions that idea seems like a win. And if you have access to a sewing machine and some patience you can make your own.

These folks are in Seattle and should be able to help you with figuring out custom panniers. You should be able to go to their studio and try their panniers on for size before you buy them, They are very pricey but their gear is beautiful.

I ran into a bike tourer with their bags and was very impressed. I had just purchased a spiffy handlebar bag on Amazon and was much more impressed with his handlebar bag. Although it uses the same KlickFix bracket so I can easily switch over to it one day.
