What Ebike should i choose?

Hello people.I m really new to ebikes world and i need your help. I want to get an electric bike but my budget is below 500 euro . I live in a city where we have up roads and its not flat at all. I am 80kg and 1.80 weight and here is two options i have in my mind right now. The first one costs 380 euro and its brand new. The second one costs 300euro but its used and i m worried about the batterys health even though it it said that it has been not used very much. What do you reccomend? Should i go for the used one,does it worth the risk or not at all? down below you ll se the features of the bikes. IF you want to make me another reccomendation i d be really happy too.(even used ones) Thank you

500 Euro will buy you a cheap traditional bike. For your information, the cheapest Decathlon e-bike (nothing special but at least it will ride and is warrantied) costs 1,099 EUR.
If you want to go with the junk you have shown, expect:
  • A battery fire
  • An accident
  • The "e-bike" becoming non-operable soon it if it will start at all in the first place.
