3" tire width & 29"from floor to top of tire, going through the middle. I suppose that's my answer? 29" then?

if thats the tale of the tape, then yes. The next thing is to find out what the display is actually doing with the information. You'll have to do a comparison test as I noted earlier, and then make adjustments if needed.

Any ideas?
