Why should he continue to let this company regroup if they won’t even bother to talk to him? What does he owe them? One could argue he owes them the right to come up with a reasonable timeframe to refund him the money. All the founders gave them that, but after the time that watts wagon asked for comes and goes, what then. More time? Even if they won’t even acknowledge the customer anymore?
