Waiting 15 months for a refund, messages being ignored… Any advice?

Rome, you understand that the guy threatening legal action paid for his bike in 2020. Has waited over 9 months for a refund, and nobody from watts wagon will even return a text/email as to any update as to when he might get his money back. The bike he paid for is no longer being manufactured.

Why should he continue to let this company regroup if they won’t even bother to talk to him? What does he owe them? One could argue he owes them the right to come up with a reasonable timeframe to refund him the money. All the founders gave them that, but after the time that watts wagon asked for comes and goes, what then. More time? Even if they won’t even acknowledge the customer anymore?

Do you have all the details beyond anonymous forum posters? If I've learned anything in forums it's posters seldom if EVER give a factual story. The bitch pitch always has details left out. So hey, get over it. It seems you've been made whole. Why continue to troll Watt Wagon?

Watts wagon has repeatedly missed deadlines and goes radio silent after they do.

I do know that masejoer is a founder which means he paid his money in early 2020. I know they he posted in June of this year that he had asked for a refund a few months before that. I know that it is very ironic that Rome here, who when we wanted a refund blew up every topic on this board, tracked down watts wagons Google listing and left a 1 star review, tells this guy to give ww time to regroup.

So when I post in the thread that I don’t think this customer owes ww anytime to regroup that I am the troll. Dude you opened the thread. If you don’t want to hear about the shady practices of this companies refund schedule then don’t click on it. There are plenty of watts wagon threads for you guys to worship at the altar of. FnF posts enough bike porn for all of you.

I truly believe my post was of more help to the people trying to get their money back then the “sorry you didn’t get your bike by Christmas. Give them time to regroup.”

As I have posted multiple times, these guys would not be on here if watts wagon would reach out to them and keep them in the loop or even just apologize to them. Instead watts wagon avoids all communication with them, making them wonder if they will ever get their money.
