Vado 4.0 Front Light

Has anyone wrestled with the cables blocking the front light on a Vado 4.0? Just wondering what creative solutions others may have come up with. Need to maintain enough slack when turning handlebars. Thanks for any insights.

You might use some zip ties to group unruly cables...

you can try this very simple solution. might work for you? it did for me. push them further into the hole in the frame. that got rid of the cable blocking the light the most.

I would expect a cleaner job from your LBS. My LBS did a cleaner job with cable routing and added a few zip ties themselves to keep everything out of the way but the stem mounted light still interfered with my handlebar bag. I made an extension to move the light up and out of the way of the bag and the cables.

I looked at my Vado 4 after posting yesterday. You can flip the light above all of the cables in a couple of ways just by unscrewing the bolts and rearranging things. That's another super low tech option.

Your image does show a fine a mess of cables! I'd complain to the place that you bought the bike from too. That's pretty sloppy build.
