I set the time on the device and it is accurate, when I shut off the battery and then turn it on the time goes to 12:00? Why? Does it keep time correctly?

I had this with the date and time on my new 2020 Turbo Vado 3.0. Required a software update / reinstall. Works perfectly now. Your LBS should be able to do this n/c.

Just to update on my own situation. The LBS software upgrade / reset did fix the time and date on my 2020 Vado 3.0, but with the time change, I note that I can not change the time! It is somehow hard set to the hour, and no matter what I do, it resets to that (right now, one hour ahead). I will have them look into at my fast approaching 200 kilometre inspection.
