Turbo Vado SL charger red light

I plugged the charger in yesterday to the range extender to charge and the red light started flashing. The battery was indicating that it was getting charged, but a few hours later it was at the same charge level. It's the same with connecting to the bike.

I tried a few power cycles and still not different.
Bike was purchased in Sept 22

The charger was kaput and has been replaced
