Hi everyone !
Today I rode my Turbo Tero X and everything was fine. After my ride, I parked my e-bike at my home, turned it off and didn’t remove the battery. After a while, I decided to put my e-bike in the garage so I moved it without powered it and the alarm went on. Normal behavior as I activated the lock feature. But the strange part was when I pressed the upper button on the remote the bike just powered on without me entering the PIN code and i didn’t have my phone with me. On the Specialized app, under the security features, all the options are activated. Do someone else had the same behavior than me ?
