TranZ x bms battery

I have a bike pegasus, battery BMS TranZ X and has negative side passing through it and 2 wires are white and blue arriving in controller what those wires dose the out put is 4 v, battery cells are good and the output measured 38 v
wath is the problem?

@cata, are you certain that it is the battery that is the problem? What is your ebike doing (or not doing )? Tell us a little about how you've kept the battery charged; how old the battery is; has it been stored uncharged for a period of time? Usually, a 36V lithium ion battery reads at approximately 41 to 41.5 Volts when in good condition.

for my knowledge battery cells is good I can not say the same about the bms I do not know the history of the bicycle I recently received it
There are four wires coming out of battery - and +
but minus not out 36v ... I drew the picture
and two white and blue mysterious wire coming out all of the battery and do not know what you should do
