If you're going that far, I say go for it. Use a dish pan full of mineral spirits or some other solvent to soak it. Then use a high pressure spray to rinse.....

KIDDING!!! Don't even consider doing something like that!!!

Why not... I say give those military specs a proper certification.

A number of good reasons to use a bike cover on the bike while it is on the rack. It will keep it cleaner with less road grime and out of sight of potential thieves. I use one with a cargo net over the cover to keep it together while driving at speed on the highways. Any flapping of a bike cover can rip it apart in no time at all.
