Here is a timelapse of my daily evening commute in Portland, OR.
17 km in 43 minutes with 400 m elevation gain.
Riding Trek PowerFly 5 (the police version).
Pretty diverse and colorful ride on city streets, bike paths, uphill through a big city park and fast downhill paralleling and crossing a major freeway.

Can you list what equipment and software you used?
Sure.
Just GoPro Hero7 Black mounted on my helmet and Garmin VivoActive watch on my wrist for tracking.
The video editing was done in Adobe Premiere using graphs from Garmin Connect software.
 
That's a great and challenging commute. And not all roads have a shoulder!

I've already watched this many times!!

Surprised at how jacked his heart rate was on this ride, he was really pushing it.
