Read up about it, 2 batteries (980wh total) , big Halo light, Gates belt, great warranty, real stores in Us and overseas, very reliable company, integrated batteries, locking features with the app.

I've had a few of their products before and they t built very well, most imp. when i needed some parts, the service process was flawless (website where iblog in and report the issue and then they reach out with the details/shipping info).

For this price, 2k, it will be sold out yesterday. I shouldn't even had to write anything on this post, just let the ebike specs speak for itself , should buy 10 of them and resell them @5k.

Would be curious as to how much it weighs with both batteries attached. Also, I noticed mechanical brakes. Are hydraulic available?

I was teying to find the weigth myself. I think it's under 67lbs ! About the brakes , i don't c that as an option.

But the specs look amazing: great solid rear rack, very well built and designed battery + the seamless battery swap; 13gauge spokes, nice big LCD, big Halo light, great customer service (i hv. 2 of their scooters and they ship parts very fast; like i said this Niu brand is big and they do motos , esscooters and now ebikes.

And it's SOLD OUT. I'm not surprised...

Old fart here, with an open mind on this sort of thing. Please educate me. Never heard of Niu. Give me reasons to look at this bike over bikes costing half as much? A 2000. single speed is going to need a little bit more to justify that price....

They make very good mopeds+scooters; they transition that hi tech (Advanced Bms/batteries, halo light, TFT display) to the ebike. And like i said GREAT customer service.
And have u noticed that STURDY rear rack ??

Imo this is far from the best commuter, personally i would not even want to commute on something like that, it has no front suspension and its a single speed!
The Step-thru frame design does not appear to be the most rugged do to the dual battery placement and it has no rienforcement gussets that i can see.
Im also not impressed with the dual batteries, 920wh is great but nothing special for a dual battery bike, my single battery commuters are 912wh.
Also i don't understand the need to run a 60v system when the motor peaks at 750watts, not even nominal. I would for sure buy an extra set of batteries because finding some obscure lil 60v packs like this could be a pain if this company were to vanish.
Just a weird bike that i would forget about as soon as i saw it.

A 70lb single speed e-bike that uses a cadence sensor so your legs are like a salad spinner to hit 28MPH certainly says something.

I mean, it might make for a good low maintenance, decently priced commuter, but given those stats, they could have shaved the weight of the second battery, and a few bucks off the price, because this sounds dreadful for any kind of riding beyond a grocery-getter/work ride.

Ya I'm looking for a pure a-b commuter. The low maintenance aspect is appealing, but yea, salad spinner for speed and I do have a decent hill in my commute (though in the Electric Bike Report YouTube it did tackle their 'Hell Hole Hill's decently).
