Not too many electric assist recumbents on the market yet, so its interesting to see one using a Bosch drive, which requires that the crank bracket be completely modified.
Its an option on their popular Rambler. https://www.terratrike.com/product/rambler-e-v-o-2/
Many dealers have been converting recumbents using Bafang mid drives for at least 4 or 5 years now. Also using hub drives, but Bafangs mid drives are a lot less hassle, with more power, and a really easy fit on existing trike crank brackets (otherwise known as 'bottom brackets' on regular bikes). Customers love the throttles too that come with Bafangs, especially on recumbents. Unfortunately Bosch still does not offer that.
