I am down to just three. At this time in '24 I had 16 bikes. I make all of my own electric bikes because I am particular about the feel I want so I need to spec and program, while retaining the right to repair. So for now it's just a Chisel, a V7 Public, and a Creme Uno.
Edit correction: This time last year, I had 16.
