Does anyone know how accurate the power consumption data is within the Stromer OMNI and app?
I ask because yesterday I did a 36 mile ride, heavy uphill and downhill, variety of assist levels as well as varying levels of regen going downhill...rarely even touched the brakes and pedaled downhill in the highest level of regen at times. I started at 100% according to the display and the app. Afterwards the app said I had consumed .69 kWh of battery, so 690 Wh. I regenerated about 8% during the downhill portions of the ride, according to the OMNI display. At the end of the ride my battery was at 20% according to the OMNI. I have the 983Wh blue battery, so that would mean there were 197Wh left in the battery. 690 + 197 = 887. So I am missing about 96Wh of battery, without accounting for the approximately 8% of regen, i.e. +/-78Wh. Therefore it looks like I am missing about 174Wh of battery capacity somewhere. About 18% of the total battery capacity.
The battery has 25 charge cycles and is under warranty for a long time still. I don't want to make an issue of it if it is just some kind of measurement error. But if the battery is actually 18% weaker than it should be, that is certainly a valid issue. Any thoughts appreciated.
