'Liv is the only comprehensive cycling brand dedicated solely to women. In everything we do, we put women first '

Well, that is a strategy. Exclude half potential customer base. Not sure it is a good strategy....Are they a tiny subset of Giant?
If so, I see hot runner product managers all over this segmentation of the market...

Are they a subset of Giant?
Yes, this appears to be a 2021 Rove E+ model similar to the Liv Amiti E+ but presumably meant more for paved trails, same 4 frame sizes, but without the headlight, different saddle (comfort vs sporty), different brand fork, added bottle cage bosses, and a lower power motor SyncDrive Core (50nm) vs the SyncDrive Sport (70nm) on the Amiti. With Giant in the US decontenting commuting accessories such as the fenders, lights, and rack from Giant, Liv, and Momentum ebike models over equivalents sold in the rest of the world, I expect they're aiming for the recreational rider.

Wisper Wayfarer M7 (UK), the bikes are made in Kunshan, China, and assembled for the EU market in Agueda, Portugal, or in Taiwan for the New Zealand market, using either a 500w Wuxi Truckrun M01 mid-drive motor with torque PAS or a rear hub motor with cadence PAS, and optional 450wh or 700wh battery.
