ST2S Which upgrades does the 2018 ST2 S have; compared to the 2016-models ?

I got the 2016 ST2S. Was just wondering exactly what upgrades the 2018 got compared to my 2016model ?

The motor is the same SYNO drive. Because of the changes in the EU rules, the output values in printed material can be different but the hardware remains the same. May be it's slightly different firmware which you can download to your current bike as well.

ST5 has a different motor and geometry. It has more power and the S mode. I suggest you test ride at your nearby shop. That's the best way to know the real world difference.

I would love to test the ST5; but is not practical; as I live in Norway and the nearest dealer would be in Germany. This said; I am very satisfied with my ST2s; other than the steringbar needs to get higher.

Also in Norway; but I believe none of these dealers stock the ST5; so none to see on visit to these dealers
