Hi,
my Di2 control box has a really loose wire that does not get a good connection. Looking from the front of the bike, the righthand wire is extremely loose/ gets no connection unless you push really hard and tilt slightly to the side. There are 3 ports, lefthand port has a wire, center wire port is empty, righhand port has the loose wire
Any thoughts on how to get it to connect firmly? I tried a little di-electric grease as that sometimes helps with bad connections---nope.
It looks like it would be a common problem with the connectors.
