ST Ebikes for 24"/25" inseam?

Yes there a couple of these micro-mobility companies about, some sell refurbished models that may have some cosmetic damage but run, like this Swagtron EB-5 14” wheel folding bike. It looks like it uses standard crank arms, if a bike shop could replace them with shorter crank arms the seatpost slides down quite low.
Thank you, Dewey. This looks like it might be another possibility.

It’s a single speed so might be a bit limited, a customer review on Amazon showed what looked like square taper crank arms so ask Swagtron if you could fit the 6” unicycle Sunlite steel square taper ones you can find on ebay

What seat to ground length are you looking for?
25"?
Because then you'll be flatfooted, which means, when you pedal, your knees will be bent more than it should for whole time.

As you can see, it's normal that you won't be able to flatfooted (while on saddle) if you want the ideal position.

When you're at stop, you should be stepping off the bike anyways.

Timpo, as stated in the post, the person has some balance and coordination issues, and they'd like to be able to be on tiptoes from the saddle. A seat height of 27" or so might work. We already know it isn't good "form" but that's the reality. They could possibly learn to properly dismount but is unable to with the current ebike frame due to getting stuck in front of the seat on the frame. There is no room because their torso has to fit there and doesn't. A 30"/31" seat height puts them 5" to 6" off the ground and is just too high for them.

Thanks again, Dewey. We're still hoping the Platinum Boomerang 24" might work out - we'll be seeing it next week.

Good idea, let us know how it goes.
We got the Pedego Boomerang Platinum 24"! They're able to be on one tiptoe while seated in the saddle using just a regular seatpost instead of the thudbuster it comes with. Would the Electra Townie 24" fit better, and could then be converted to an ebike? Possibly. But there are so many great features on the Pedego Boomerang Platinum. It works great for what we need, especially. They should be able to work on and improve dismounting now. We're so impressed, that we've all decided to get Pedegos and sell our current ebikes. We probably should've just gone with Pedego from the start, but lessons have definitely been learned. Thank you for all the help, EBR!
