Speed sensor problem on new 2023 Gazelle Avignon C380

I’m a new member here. I was excited to order my first e-bike, a 2023 Gazelle Avignon C380.
The bike shop received and was prepping the bike, and ran into error messages related to the speed
sensor. Has anyone had any similar issue? Supposedly new parts are being ordered, they say that
they haven’t seen this problem before.

usually its just a misaligned magnet.

The magnet is attached to the brake disc. I just spoke with the shop mechanic. He spoke with a Bosch rep
and it appears to be a faulty speed sensor. Hopefully that’s it and I’ll get my bike this weekend.

thats a better setup I have had the magnet rotate on me or forget to put it on when changing wheels out.
