Can anybody give a primer on how smart control is supposed to work and how to configure it? Or point me to something already created? I’ve looked and everything I see refers to mission control, which I kind of ’get’ now.

That one is somewhat misleading because the video discusses the MC for Turbo Levo only.

True. The OP didn't specify a model so I took a shot. The concepts related to setting assist levels are the same, but some other features are missing in the app for the Como/Vado bikes.
