well she is blind so it may not be pretty if she drove.
lol Ok... that caught me off guard. I don't mean to laugh at her being blind. I bet feeling the movement, the wind in her face is very liberating or empowering. Yeah, I think you called it right, don't let her ride in front.
Ride safe.

So just got back from riding the " Swamp Rabbit Trail", Greenville SC. It has been about 5 years since we rode this on acoustic bikes. This may be one of the nicest bike trails in the country. The ride starts in Travelers Rest, past Furman University, Swamp Rabbit Cafe and through the river walk downtown, the to the Zoo or onto an extension. We did about 10 of the 22 miles because we love the Cafe with outdoor seating and parking, literally on the trail. EBikes are Ok and we saw two other couples riding them. Everything was calm after the protests this weekend. It was, according to a Police Officer we chatted with, mostly peaceful. Anyway I left my phone in the car so these photos are not my but for reference only. Downtown, as far as stores along the "rabbit" were quiet on still closed. Anyway here are some reference pics Wooded area.jpgtrail bridge.jpgFalls.jpg

green is her favorite so I try to get green things.
Very nice to see a solution to allow you both to ride. I'm curious. Did you build the tandem? I have been looking at a Schwinn Twin Adult as a donor bike. I have not begun serious research but your photos have inspired me to look a bit more at the idea.
