Wheel Noise

the bike is a Taubik Blackburn TL 2025. I am hearing a noise from the rear wheel of my new (3 weeks) ebike which I cannot pinpoint. It only happens when I am riding it, not if spinning without me on it. Also occurs with assist on and off. I have since taken the reflector off as a possible cause, but the noise remains. Any ideas on how it can be fixed? Here is a video of it: https://photos.app.goo.gl/bgokwLNRMkfctBGx6 This demonstrates no noise if I am not sitting on it. https://photos.app.goo.gl/N643fVi52RHW6FDT9

When you're sitting on the bike, much of your weight is suspended on the spokes from the top of the rear rim down the the hub. If a spoke is loose or broken, things can move and make noise. If you feel every spoke, you may find a broken one. I like to turn the wheel one rotation, hitting each spoke on one side of the hub to hear if they all sound similarly tight. Then I go to the other side of the bike to sound the spokes on that side. My little spoke wrench makes a nice spoke gonger.
