Shimano and Motostrano are partnering up for a full weekend of ebike learning, fund and deals on Shimano ebikes the weekend of July 8 and 9 in the San Francisco Bay Area.
1. Shimano makes one of the best ebike drives systems available and you'll get a chance to demo and compare a wide variety of Shimano-STEPS equiped ebikes all day Saturday July 8 at our store in Redwood City. Shimano and manufacturer reps will be on hand with a fleet of demo bikes from iZIP, Raleigh, BLIX, Wallerang, Felt and Cannondale with bikes of all kinds types and sizes. Compare the Shimano system against BOSCH, Brose and Yamaha back to back and learn about the technology that makes the system go.
Stay for lunch and we'll fire up the BBQ too.
2. Then, Sunday July 9th, we meet in Half Moon Bay for a 27 mile EBIKETREKS meet-up ride on the coast supported by SHIMANO. Contact us in advance to reserve a Shimano equipped bike for the day ride and experience what it's like to ride the Shimano STEPS system on a longer ride in real world conditions, not just around our parking lot. We meet downtown Half Moon Bay for coffee and then head for the Hills! We'll be riding with up to 20 riders and you'll be able to borrow a bike or bring your own and join us.
