So, brand new Creo Turbo Expert EVO with DI2 shifting. I cannot get the DI2 info on my Ryder 750 headset. (it will not locate a sensor) Do I have to install a Dfly unit to get this info or is that capability already engineered into this version of DI2 and I am doing something wrong?

Thanks

Hey there - yes, you need a BT component in your Di2 setup to enable this:

two options:

First option is to ‘splice’ the unit into your current Di2 wiring circuit - it doesn’t need to be external to the frame, so hidden under the TCU compartment is fine.

Second option is the display unit, which is more common on mtbs with Di2 enabled systems, or Shimano motor e-bikes; essentially, acts as the hub for the Di2 system, but has Bluetooth enabled...added bonus, is that it shows you what gear you are in!
